What to do in 3 days?

Make each day an opportunity to experience enriching adventures that will make you love Cali.

Day 1:

Start your tour of Cali with a visit to the city center. Explore religious icons like La Ermita, the San Francisco religious complex, and La Merced church, and historic places like the
Poets Park and Plaza de Cayzedo. We recommend having lunch in the Alameda neighborhood, where you’ll find restaurants focused on Pacific cuisine and traditional stalls with multiple options in its market.

Then, head back to the center to spend an afternoon of contrasts and learning at the Gold Museum and the Jairo Varela Museum. End the day at the River Boulevard and have dinner in the Granada neighborhood.

Day 2:

Your second day in the capital of Valle del Cauca will focus on the west. Head to the Cat of the River Monument, a work by sculptor Hernando Tejada that has become an image of Cali and xmeet its brides.

Take the opportunity to have lunch in the El Peñón neighborhood, an area with a wide gastronomic offer. In the afternoon, visit the La Tertulia Museum, a modern art complex with impressive collections, and then enjoy the city view from the Sebastián de Belalcázar Monument, a bronze statue honoring the founder of Cali.

End your day with two must-sees: a visit to the Cristo Rey monument to see the sunset and dinner in the San Fernando neighborhood, an area over a hundred years old with prestigious restaurants.

Day 3:

Conclude your visit to Cali with a morning of connecting with nature at the Zoo or the Botanical Garden. Then have lunch in the San Antonio neighborhood, one of the most traditional in the city, and visit its church, located on the hill in the area.

Continue your day in the Obrero neighborhood, where you’ll find iconic places like the Piper Pimienta statue, the Salsa Museum, the Chorrito Antillano, and La Matraca.

To end on a high note, dine in the Ciudad Jardín neighborhood, where exclusive and select restaurants await you, and then enjoy a night out at La Pérgola Clandestina or Cantina La 15, two of the world’s top one hundred nightspots.
